Chr. Hansen, Milwaukee, WI, has appointed James Elfstrum vice president of regulatory affairs. Previously, Mr. Elfstrum worked in regulatory affairs at Rhodia. The company has also added Paul Duddleston as manager of business development. Most recently, Mr. Duddleston was the director of worldwide sales for the Waukesha Cherry-Burrel Ice Cream Equipment Group.
